• CDL Training: Training and license upgrade both in the classroom and practical on-road skills development.
  
  
• Fleet Driver Accident Prevention Training: Using modern inter-active video techniques we place your drivers in realistic potentially dangerous situations and score his/her accident avoidance skills and maneuvers. Your drivers' safety knowledge, avoidance skills and hazard recognition are scored against national averages. Where weaknesses are evident the driver(s) are subjected to specific training modules and re-scored to assure improved skills. The entire program takes only a few hours and can be scheduled to accommodate work hours. The objective is to improve the drivers' basic driving and hazard recognition skills and to reduce their unrecognized everyday driving risks that will eventually lead to accidents.
  
  
• On-Road Driver Evaluations: When necessary, we will accompany your driver during a routine work-day and evaluate his/her performance against the standards expected of professional drivers. A confidential report and recommendation is provided.
  
  
• Driver Selection Service: When you are hiring new drivers we will investigate his/her driving record, verify applications, conduct pre-placement road tests and driver performance tests to assure your best selection. We have on-line access to DMV license records to assure accuracy.
  
  
• F.M.C.S.R. (D.O.T.) Compliance: This safety/compliance audit assures your compliance with all sections of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Special attention is paid to Driver Qualification Files, Hours-of-Service Regulations, Equipment Maintenance and Record-keeping, Drug Testing Policies/Procedures and, when necessary, Employee Assistance Programs.
  
  
• Hazardous Material Transportation: We assure your compliance with the complex Haz-Mat Regulations and paperwork and will conduct training when required.
