SAFETY SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS FEES
We usually charge projects on a time basis with per diem rates depending on level of expertise required.
For rough planning purposes, our daily rates average $850.00. Because we inventory many of the policy
sections and training programs, you can avoid significant development cost so most of your safety investment
is in direct on-site service.
*All on-site employee training is available at a fixed "day rate" depending on subject. For a fixed day rate
you may have up to 15 persons trained at prices well below the per-head seminar rates.
Time at your site is "portal to portal". Travel expense is included in per diem rates within a 50 mile radius of
south Wynantskill, New York.
You must sign a professional services agreement outlining the work description, scheduled dates and fee
estimate.
There is no charge for telephone consultations. We maintain a complete and current file on existing and
proposed O.S.H.A. regulations and are happy to provide informational assistance by telephone when
possible.

If you are in a slack period, this is the ideal time to refine your safety and compliance programs.
Unattended problems and their penalties will only increase as you get busier, employees are added and
control becomes casual.
Retained Services Available:
If you have a continuing safety service requirement, we will structure a retained services agreement whereby
Safety Systems will provide 3 or more days of service each month for one year. Because of the scheduling
efficiency this permits, our retained services fees receive a substantial discount.
